IT WILL GROW is a garden and planting design studio led by designer William Murray.
We work with private and commercial clients and are based in leafy south-west London and of course relish the opportunity to work further afield across the UK and abroad.
We love designing garden spaces of any shape or size that truly work for our clients with carefully thought out plans, considered planting schemes and creative design solutions.
About Will
Will has over a decade’s experience working in the creative industries, beginning his career as a model maker of visual merchandising displays and props and even making costumes for Lady Gaga.
Before moving into garden design Will worked as a spatial designer specialising in projects for art galleries, museums, jewellers and luxury retailers, working on projects for high-end clients including Harrods, DeBeers, Somerset House and Sotheby’s.
Combining his passion for plants and his professional design experience, he founded IT WILL GROW in 2021 with a vision to collaborate with clients and industry colleagues to bring city garden spaces to life.
Will holds an RHS qualification in Horticulture and also studied with The London College of Garden Design at Kew Gardens, graduating with a diploma with distinction in Planting Design.
In 2022 Will was awarded a Silver-gilt medal for his debut show garden “The Potting Balcony Garden” at the world-renowned RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
